When I was remelting alot of old plastics, when I 1st got into this, I'd take like-colors and mix them.  Any Watermelon, regardless of variations, got thrown in to what I call the "Watermelon Salad" mix.  I shot some KILLER 3" Croakers with it.  Same thing with various Pumpkin baits.  I mixed a bunch of Pumpkin together, shot 3" Croakers in what I call "Bull Booger"...it's a transparent, light Brown "Pumpkin" color with different sizes of Black flake and some pieces of Flash Foil.  If You've got the usual scraps on-hand, I'd look through them and see what I could cook up.  If You'd want a little precision and repeatability, weigh what You add to the mix.  I handload so I have scales for small quantities, to weigh in Grains, but my electronic scale also weighs in Grams.  Weighing can add repeatability if You want to make more.

Remelting baby bass laminates makes an interesting pearl pea soup color.

I call these remelt mixes "Mutey Puke ".  'Cause you can surely get some interesting colors. Trouble is, reproducing them! :'(

I get fairly natural green-brown baits doing remelts.  Works great for frogs.  I've messed with adding colorant, pearls, etc to change the look but it's really not worth the expense to me as they're for personal use.

enough black gets black...add black-green u get a decent greenish/black color. It's worth saving the plastic to shoot them..just want to make viable selling, consistent colors!!

I just use remelts for personal use as well. First time you send someone "Beagle Puke" and they ask for it again let the fun begin  :o
