It's a brand.  Anchor / Pyrex.  You want to use Pyrex.  Some have had problems with Anchor...

Anchor is the brand name of a measuring cup.  Very similar to the Pyrex.  They can be found at Target, Walmart, Kmart. etc.
The one cup Anchor is a little more desirable than the one cup Pyrex because it is easier to hand pour for some people.
