Customer Service
« on: 01/07/13 20:11 UTC »
I don' often remark on customer service, whether good or bad on public forums.  With that being said, I want to thank the Do-it/CCM customer service that I received last week.  I live in IL, so I am closer to the ship from location, but regardless....it was blazing fast.  Everything was packed well and I received it super quick.  I got caught needing some items when CCM closed for the holidays/switch over.  Outstanding customer service.

Very pleased customer,

Tim

Tim,

I'm very glad everything worked well for you during the transition.  We've all been working very hard to keep the level of service up to the high levels that Jason and Diane have set and plan to keep it that way going forward.  All of us at Do-It are looking forward to making your next purchase with us a "survice success" as well.  We appreciate your business and thank you for the kind words, they mean a lot.

Glad to hear that.  We were all spoiled by CCM's customer service.  The Do-It orders I have done over the years were first rate.
