Still Waiting....

I Ordered 4 of the same mold 3 weeks ago.  They did arrive pretty quick... 3 days later.  However 3 of the 4 molds arrived with wider tails.  The other mold was identical to the other 10 molds i have of this bait.  The next day i talked to the guys at Do - it.  I sent pics and was told they would figure out what happened. Didnt hear anything for a few days so i contacted again and was told they're still trying to figure it out.  I've been trying to not be bothersome so i waited a few more days.  Monday i called and was told they have these molds sitting on the shelf and would ship them out that day.  Well apperently that didnt happen because i still dont have them as it only took 3 days to get them the first time.  Ive been reluctant to post this here but all my other attempts to get the molds have failed!

I can't be sure who you spoke with or what exactly happened with the situation from my home.  I've sent a few texts to try to get to the bottom of it from here, but I'm afraid the final solution will have to come on Monday when I can get more concrete information from anyone who may have been involved in the process.  I do apologize and we will be contacting you as soon as we have more information.

Ive dealt with Mark and Ryan.   I appreciate you looking into it more.  I've been really needing the extra cavities.
