Okay I just ordered a digital thermometer from do it. Man I hope we get something figured out on this one I don't want to deal with this every summer when orders are at their peak. Thanks for all the input everyone.

I you are use a IR gun for temp. change to digital and a lot of your problems will be gone. mike

I have tried three different plastics this summer all have had bubbles.  I'm sure mine come from the moisture in the air.

i too have had a severe bubble issue all summer but pour indoors and store it indoors. Ive also had some serious yellowing issue with the last few boxes... anyone else also have yellowing issues?? i can dip with do-it plastic right now if they are bright colors

I had a couple of yellowing problems but I think they were more from not paying attention than the plastic.
