Do-it online catalog

Jerry, When will do-it add the new molds to their online catalog? Like to look at the componets and hook and hook sizes they take.

Soon...

We're just finishing up with editing the final proofs of the printed catalog now and the "launch", if you will, will happen at that same approximate time.

The most finite answer I can give you is soon.  If you are looking for specifics on a particular mold send me a PM, an Email or give me a call and I'll help you with any questions you might have.

Thanks,

Jerry

What would really help is if they put an actual photo of the inside of the molds on the web site and in the printed catalouge!!    Even if you only showed one side of the mold, it would be alot better than the pics of the jigs at the top.

This is my for instance.  I bought the 1/32 and 1/16th Horsehead mold and thought it would be like the rest, 8 slots across the mold (4 each size), but it's 4 on top, flip and 4 on the bottom.  But absolute truth!!  If I had seen an actual picture of this mold I probably wouldn't have bought it, and it's one of my favorite jigs!!

If you use sickles you'll only be pouring 4 jigs at a time.

Just my 2 cents!!

iit would be nice to add pics of the finished product aswell,i haven't started pouring lead yet but i'm really interested and the pictures on the doit site really don't help my little mind as to what it really looks like.

You guys are going to be in for a real treat when the new catalog comes out (very soon) and the new "super site" with ALL Do-It products, lead molds and soft baits molds, goes live sometime in the next few weeks...

just sayin'  ::)

I know this is a difficult question but I'll ask you anyway Jerry, the shad head mold with wire keeper, how high is the head at the back of the jig from top to bottom? It's hard to explain but I want that mold to make heads for soft plastic swim baits like the Keitech easy shiner so I want to know if the size of the 1/8oz head so I know if it will butt up against the swim bait or will I have to cut the head of the swim bait to make for a better fit if you know what I mean. I'm just wondering because either way I'm getting that mold but knowing the size will help me in trying other swim baits that may perform better with that head.
