Isn't twitter what happens when you get real nervous?
Until next time.

Yeah, that's right...  ???

Denny, guys like you and Tom might need to ask another forum member or a Grandkid for a little help, but it's all good they'll know just what's going on and I'm sure will be happy to help.   ;)

I laughed so hard I think I peed a little.. I'm so glad to see a company like Do-it move into the new world of social networking. Jerry who takes care of the FB and IG accounts? You guys need to get all the great stuff that everyone puts up into both of those venues. I know it takes time but is there an email we can flood with images so you guys don't have to do the ground work?

Drew, like most things here in Do-Itville, it's pretty much a team effort.  We've only just got started in those particular venues but I'm sure between Ryan, the Web Admin, a couple of others, and Me we'll eventually become much more agile and integrated, even if we have to set up a designated email address for such things.  We've been on Facebook for quite a while.  The other accounts have only just now been established.  It will come together given a little time.

Thanks,

Jerry

Having a designated email strictly for images and nothing more would be a great way to receive content quickly without having to weed through everything. Having members send lure and catch photos would be awesome.

Forget email.  Set up a hashtag to use for uploading on instagram and use ifttt.com to set up an if that then this statement so when someone uploads a pic to instagram using that hashtag it will automatically share to your facebook page.

That's a good idea but it could wind up a bad thing if someone was angry with Do-it and blasted negative images.

I'll go on record now...Any images I have posted in the past, to include the closed account, and future images; Do-it has my permission to use them however they see fit without compensation.

Not that I contribute  lot of pics, but there you go.
