Let's talk website hosting....
« on: 08/27/11 10:11 UTC »
Ok,
I have had websites that I made before.  I've had a Prostore website via Ebay.  I've had a GoDaddy site.  I'm ignorant now on how to do all this as I forgot how or don't have programs to do it for me.

I need a good solution to sell what I sell in my retail store here on the internet complete with merchant capabilities i.e shopping cart, credit card/Paypal intergrated etc.

I see all you other guy's fantastic sites and was wondering what you guys are using?

I know I won't be able to sell firearms on there, but all the other hunting and fishing stuff I sell plus my screenprinting/sign business as well NEEDS TO BE ON THE INTERNET!

HHHHHEEEELLLPPP!!!!!    Please  ;D
God Bless!

If I may ask a business related question here too.

When you decide to open a small business and you come up with a name; does that name or business need or have to be registered with anywhere, trademark etc.?

Depends on the laws in your area.  You will at the minimum need to register for a retail sales tax license and pay state sales tax as well as excise tax on your products.

If you are located inside city limits of a town you need to make sure you are zoned for a business if you are selling baits from your home as well as any other city fees you may have to pay.

Good Luck!
