I have the same trouble, it's the Purple glitter that is bleeding into the plastic. The same for green, but not moss green. Also blue curls up when reheated, ah the fun of pooring. But I love it when someone gets nosey at a tournament and see's one of my custom colors, you can see it in there faces wanting to know what color it is, it really tear's them up when I do well.

Considering it is an old microwave and having a father who worked on them my whole life, I would say the thermostat is allowing the mag in your microwave to produce uneven radiation waves within the housing unit. Try the one in the kitchen when your wife is out of the house and see if the problem goes away. :)
