Tube Molds

I've updated the Tube Molds and Tube Mold section.

When ordering a tube you can now select the type of head you want (thin for a tube jig or thicker for Texas rigging).

You can also order the mold only.  This is a great way to save money if you already have several tube molds and don't mind swapping out the inserts and splines.

You can now also purchase just the spline or insert.  You wouldn't normally order a spline unless yours got damaged.  The insert is nice because it allows you to use the same mold and make tubes for tube jigs or to T-Rig.

If you are looking for a tube and don't see the size you need just let me know.  We have the most common sizes and are adding others as they are requested.

Let me know if you have any questions or feedback.

Tight lines!

Hi Jason-

Do you have anything coming up that has longer tentacles?  I really like the Berkeley Hollow Belly.  It is a five inch hollow belly (measured from head to end of tentacle) and the tentacles are  half the overall length (2.5 head and 2.5 tentacle).  It makes for fantastic action as you jerk it like a fluke and the whole bait undulates not just the tentacles.

I have a sample of the 4.5 Tube which as about the same body length but shorter on the tentacles?

Our tentacles are 2.25".  For now we have pretty much standardized on this length for compatibility.

CCM JR took a warm 6" Carrot and stretched it to aprox. 12" the other day.  I'm not saying this would be a good solution, but I'm sure you could get a 1/4" out of that tail if you really needed to.   :o
