Air bubbles when hand pouring

I have made some plaster molds of trick worms and have been hand pouring them from a pyrex cup in my garage. I have noticed air bubbles in the baits, so I decided to try and look for air bubbles in the plastisol after heating it strait out of the microwave. There were barely any bubbles so I think the air bubbles form during the pour. Does anybody know why? It has been very humid and rainy the last couple of days and I leave the garage door open when I pour. Could this be the case? Thank You in advance!

Nature of the beast with hand pouring unfortunately, especially if you love somewhere with a lot of humidity like myself (Alabama native here)! You can use a lighter to pop the bubbles on the bottom of your pour a few seconds after you pour your plastic in the mold.
