"Hardening" thin baits

Hi boys.
How long do you think is long enough for thin tails like the 1,75 fry and stingers to harden?
So they don't curl when packaging.

In my experience the longer the better.  Even after curing for a good while if you put them in a package or your tackle box bent for an extended period of time they tend to stay bent.

This trick does work. Just dump your bent baits into boiling water for a moment then pull them out and the bend will be gone. The plastic goes back to its original shape without melting as boiling water is not at the melting point of the plastic. Just enough to awaken its memory.
