plastic prices

Since I have been pouring (1 year) the price of plastics has seem to be some what stable.Should I expect the price of plastic to follow gas or oil prices.I was thinking I might need to stock up while the prices are where they are.And try and stay ahead as much as possible.

Another site just announced they're raising their price...who knows?

Another thing to consider is that as fuel prices increase, shipping cost will also increase on everything.
