Welcome aboard!

Are you using any colorant in the plastic? If so, what color? Are you sure the glitter is not bleeding into the plastic? I'd try to get the plastic color down before adding anything else, then add the glitter to see if you can get the pink in that color. Pink that faint, as in the factory baits, can be a stickler to make. maybe try a drop of fluorescent pink X2 Colorant to 4 ounces just to see where that goes.

I don’t have any pink color from do-it but I used some NeoPink from dead on and got the color pretty close but when I added the glitter (purple, green, and blue) it turned purple almost as dark as junebug

Where did you get the glitter? How hot was the plastic when you added the glitter?  That can sometime cause colors to bleed but honestly it sounds like the glitter you're using is bleeding.

The purple and green were from LureWorks but the blue was some old essential series from do it and I’ve had problems with it bleeding before. But I did just get some .040 blue high heat hex from do it and I’ll give it a try

ctom is right on my guess is the glitter is bleeding and I  would start with the color added first as ctom suggested and I  would allow your plastic to cool at a lower temperature before adding in the glitter.   I had so much trouble with  glitter bleeding because I was over cooking the stuff and finally after wasting so much plastic I finally figured it out.

Try fuscia glitter instead of the purple.

Bob....how do you like their colorants at Dead On? Have you tried other colors?

So far I’ve liked all their colorants, I’ve used the purple rain, red, green pumpkin and they’ve worked really well. I have a few more of their colors but haven’t gotten to use them.

I tried again last night to make cotton candy and I got pretty close by using red and white with a couple drops of pink, also I only added purple and green glitter and that fixed the bleeding problem. Thanks for the help.
