ok so alot of my buddies fish for panfish and use mini jigs tipped with crickets.. So i created a small fry in my own cricket color with natural cricket scent.. The scent used is freeze dried crickets ground into a powder...  I will try them out tomorrow and see if anything wants a cricket snack..   sorry for the crappy pic

40z super soft plastic
15 drops trasparent brown (MF color)
2 drops brown/grape (MF color)
4 drops motor oil (MF color)
1/2 tablespoon cricket powder..

yes... some of the legs sine they were already flat didnt grind up very well...

Good looking baits.  Freeze dried Crickets?  From a pet store?  Is there any cricket smell to the baits?  Neat Idea.

Ground up freeze-dried cricket meal + 340 degree plastic....an olfactory delight I'm sure. lol

I'm hoping you made this concoction outside on a picnic table with a stiff breeze.  I'm still having a hard time imagining what that smelled like, but the idea is a great one.
