Glad this went over so well! As I pulled the mold apart I think my heart skipped a beat when I saw how well they came out. It would be obvious that I poured the purple first, but that's not what happened :o It took me a while to figure this out. With a good bit of trial and error, I core injected, pouring the black first and followed by injecting the purple. IDK how to explain why pouring the black first works, but it does. With consistency I might add. This is only the 2 cavity mold and I shot flawless laminates 4 times in a row. Not sure what will happen with larger cavity molds, but I hope this adds to the bag of tricks and helps some.

If anyone is interested I will add the recipe when I get home. I can't remember it off the top of my head with enough confidence to know it's right, but I know I used chameleon and black grape for the purple.

I love that chameleon color. When you get a chance to dunk you bait, get back to us here and let us know if the bait changes colors when in the water.

Didn't do anything in the sink except become a little more transparent, but the legs on the none glitter bait are already pretty clear. This is my first time messing with that color.

Mix up a batch until its a light pinkish color and toss in some blue hi lite and blue glitter. Shoot a couple baits with it. When you drop that in lake or river water it goes from the pink to a brownish almost immediately. The brown will be transparent. I use that color a lot further north of where I am at in Minnesota and slay sunfish using it. Wait til you fish it you'll love the color.

Interesting, thanks for the tip! Sounds like a really neat color to have on deck. I'm just getting started with the hi-lights and pearl colors. I'm very impressed with how powerful it is and what can be done with it.

This works cause the first color coats the mold from the beginning and looses strength as it flows to the end of the mold. Core shot but the first color has less volume. Does not work as well with a four cavity mold as the lower one get more of the first color. Now get real creative and pour one color down the sprue followed by the Twinjector. Three colors blended nicely but the first one is at the head only. Frank

How cool!  I have enough issues just just pouring a simple laminate and then you guys pour stuff like this.  You're an artisan, Frank, and it's always good to see you do stuff like this.  Any chance of a video down the road?
Until next time.

That all looks pretty interesting Frank. Very nice results.

I have enough trouble operating a spoon so the twi-injector is out.

Great job Frank!  Cool color combo.
A real compliment from a guy with a screen name that is the same as the name of the color.
If you think spoons are challenging my mom still has not taken the training wheels off my tricycle but lets me play with three hot plastic colors. Thanks for the compliments. Frank
