  Nice looking baits.
I noticed on the Gold Shiner the wire looked different. More like titanium ? I also like how up by the blade the wire is looped around the main wire to hold it closed better. Did you do that ? If so how. Because of the piano wire I use I will toss a blade from time to time and that method would prevent it from happening.

Put a bead twice the wire dia. on the shaft then bend your loop with a long tag . Put on the blade slide up the bead , bend the tag out under the bead , clip it off . You can leave the tag unbent and enter change the blades . Just my 2 cents

Yes the two larger heads are titanium.

So then you bought the wires with the bend in them ? I think you have to heat the titanium to bend it. And where did you buy titanium wire at ? When I go to the north woods and fish for big northerns that would be useful. Especially for buzz baits. Them big boys put the hurt to them things.
I have a wire bender that I make my own wires with but I don't think I can make titanium ones.

When Terminator cam out with the titanium spinnerbaits there was a lot of home builders, myself included that looked for titanium wire and a few of us found some and we discovered very quickly that you can't make a titanium spinnerbait at home, at least one like a terminator. The reason why is the tempering of titanium is what gives it the "snap back" properties, and without tempered wire it is actually brittle. You wouldn't be able to work with temered wire as you would not be able to bend it, even with heat and from what I was told, I'm not sure how true it is but, you need some high temps to temper titanium, temps high enough that you would need a pretty expensive over short of a blast furnace in order to do it.

I kind of figured that. Do you know of a place where I can buy just the wires already bent ? I don't think I have ever seen them sold that way.

That is the funny part Lamar, how do you put the clevis and spacers on? There is a process but the only way is for something like the Stanley ICON series that had "tunable" titanium wire that could actually be bent, it had a different temper but there is no place that offers titanium wire forms.

I got a deal on about 80 of these. I have mostly 1/8, 1/4, and 3/8 I think and some of the monters too. Most have one or two wedge blades already or at least a bb swivel.

I think indeed they are Stanley ICON from my research. But ICON only came up to 3/4 oz i think. Some of the ones I have are about 1.5-2 oz. I think the previous name for the ICON was Tunable Titanium but no info on them.
