I've been eyeing this color for some time and did up some 1.5" Thump Its in a split color using the colors shown in the picture and had some pretty decent success. The typical spring crappie fishing is quickly falling behind us now and summer patterns are starting to emerge so I'll be up-sizing baits and chose this one to try out this color pattern in a larger bait. Pretty darned nice....way nicer than in a small bait where there isn't enough mass of either color to really "work".

The belly is nothing more than a thinned out fluorescent orange with a 1/2 drop of white and 2 drops of pearl added. There is maybe 3 drops of X2 Fl. Orange in 4 ounces here to start the color. Just a tap of gold hi lite is in the orange too. This color is spoon fed into the belly cavities.
The top is Baby bass X2, about 6 drops to 4 ounces, uv, green hi lite, black, lime green and ocean spray green in equal amounts - all .015.
This is a 3" bait but very fishable for crappies. Now I'm hoping this color combo still makes them mad.
The picture was shot outside under thick clouds and the colors just pop
