Just wondering wich plastic is best to use for carrots? I was planning on using extra soft because I planned on using 1/4C salt per 1C plastic.

Most people use the regular formula for carrots. Not sure if you are adding salt. Someone will chime in here on it.

I use the soft CC plastic on the Carrots with and without salt. The baits with salt are loaded with 2 tbsp per 4oz. they both work great I have caught several bass on both the 6" skinny  Carrot and the 4" regular Carrot   mostly with salt fished fly-lined like with a Senko.
