I only use powder paint on mine.
With a fluid bed I can do jigs up to 48oz and jigs 10.5" long.
I have my oven set up so I can do 14 long jigs at a time or more if they are smaller.

I just got started with powder painting, but I must agree that it seems much, much more durable than vinyl, or epoxy coatings. Easier and faster too!

Fluid bed here. There are many on here that airbrush, and I'm sure they'll add some help.

If spraying powder do it safely, spraying puts so much into the air it's not funny

I use a fluid bed for primary colors then a powder paint airbrush for accent colors.
Works well for me on all my saltwater jigs big and small.

I think they are all about the same.  TJ's tackle sells powder sprayer.

Yes TJ's tackle is good.
I run mine off of a standard airbrush compressor at 1psi or less.
They are all the same just have to find the best price.
I buy extra jars and have one for each color.
TJ's sells the extra jars too.

When you finally get the last coat on a lure try this . Heat the lures starting at 150 degrees then increase by fifty until you have reached the heat range for that particular color . Give it ten min. per increase . I call it GHI , graduated heat increments . This made the paint so hard you had to remove it with a grinder . If anybody tries it let me know the results please .

Thanks. Sorry it takes so long for response, I work on a tugboat so I don't always have a signal or computer.

No need to be sorry for delayed responses. You "WORK", ...you should be commended. So many in this country choose not to. Good luck with your painting.
