My favorite crock pot recipe is a can of beer and 1/4 cup Worcestershire... so simple, yet so tasty.

I used to have the same issue until I started cooking (grilling) them only to medium-rare.  Now the whole family sees them as a treat.

If I ever get to go duck hunting again I’ll give medium rare a shot. I love my steaks medium rare so I’m willing to try duck medium rare.

Smoked up some Sissowet Lakers. Never again, just to much fat. Really oily  and didn't taste good. Threw them out!
