What are these and where do I find the mold?

I saw these crappie lures on Instagram this morning and thought those are cool. What are they? I have never seen them and neither has a coworker that's much more of a fisherman than me. Is there a mold for these?

Depending on how long you want the lure...Do-it's Ice Tickler is real close at one inch long. If you want two colors like the ones in your picture, your going to have to pour the tails, cut off the heads, and pour your second color.

Ok good deal, expected something along those those line in fabricating. I just didn't know what it was supposedly some guy out there is makings these with his own pours.
