Got both deer reduced to several 6 pound bags of grinding meat. I'll portion it out starting with summer sausage, then wieners, then ring bologna, then who knows with what's left. Lots of 6 pound bags in the two freezers. I'll probably double up on the summer sausage and rings just to get some of this processed and vacuum packed. Maybe make a couple different summer sausages. Regardless, I'll be in the sausage making mode for a while.
