Welcome aboard!

I haven't encountered a problem of that sort on either the cnc ripper or the essential mold. I suppose its possible. What is the issue you're having and is it an essential or a cnc mold?

I havnt had that problem either.  One more question to add to Tom's. What injector are you using?

I have both, and have no issues.

Are you by chance using an older Jacobs baits injector? They are smaller than the "standard" 5 /8" but they still work.
Or, is the nozzle on your injector bigger than 5/8ths? Where did you buy it?

Usually someone will have solution to the problem and a call to DO-It wouldn’t be a bad idea. Might be something they aren’t awear of.

I don't have the ES mold yet. Should be here tomorrow or Tuesday.  I would call Do-it tomorrow and I'm sure they will take care of it.

I bought a mold one time where the injector hole was too small for my injector. Wasn’t a Do It Mold. I clamped that puppy shut and put it on my drill press. Used a 5/8” bit and dressed the injector port. Worked like a charm.

I've done that a couple of times myself. It's not that big a deal to fix.

I've done the same with one ES mold.

(Never had a problem with the CNC molds.)

I just got an ES ripper Monday and the hole that shoots the 2 baits was real tight.  I just filed it out by hand a little and no more problem.

Looks like enough people have this mold now. Anyone care to show some of their ES rippers.
