Playing with the mica dust

Did try mixing the mica into the plastic today.
I guess the next will be to try some ecoring with this colours.

You can use any of the powdered pigments for facial make up to color plastic . I'd start with 1/8 tsp for half a cup of plastic. You can also use it as colorant after the bait is made by painting it on with foam tipped brushes . BUT you need to use a heat gun to set it . Once you make the design on the bait go over it with the heat gun taking care not to melt the bait. The powder will get a shiny sheen . It is then set and won't come off . There are also glow and iridescent colors .

Will try the heating prosses to nigth.
Think i going to try to make some eyes also with the mica if heating works out.
