The weather
« on: 07/03/18 13:27 UTC »
One of my passions is the weather. Carole and I are both registered storm watchers with the National Weather Service's Rochester chapter but I've always loved watching what is going on with the weather itself on a higher level as storms approach. Father's Day I was given this weather station and it has finally completed the calibrating so the mast I made for it went up today and the sensor head mounted on it. I have the central reading station on my work bench but its going to have to go somewhere else or I won't get anything done. lol

Fun stuff. We have some changing weather conditions going on right now and into tomorrow so I'll be busy studying this stuff. Anyone else have one of these units?

So...are you on line yet so we can see what the weather is at your house?
I have also enjoyed watching the weather and someday will get a weather station.

I haven't quite figured out the in's and outs of weather from home yet. There's a receiver/transmitter that I can get to do that as long as Wi-Fi- reaches the outside sensor unit, which I think it does. I'm just going to enjoy it as is for now but may opt for that extended stuff later on.

Great set up Tom. Like you and a lot of people I really watch the weather.
May your days be filled with sun shine and you always have a tight line. AMEN
