Jig or drop shot are the two was I would rig it.

Don’t know if it’s big enough to get a 1/0 EWG or not to Texas rig. Might work on Midwest Finesse jig to.

1/0 Owner Rig-n-Hook should work out well with that bait. I use them for some smaller frog baits and smaller craws. They're great.

I rate the Fat Fork right up with the Thump-Its and the Ringers. Fabulous baits. Easy to inject, easy to manipulate.

I fish it two ways on a drop shot and a darter head.
I have caught numerous species especially on the drop shot.
Just recently I caught a bass over 6 pounds on a 1/16 oz darter head.

I'm sure there are several effective ways to rig it.

Yes, with the Owner Rig-N-Hook, you can texas rig. Probably 1/16 - 1/8 oz. bullet weight, maybe no weight.
