Good idea for jigs that don’t have a wire keeper built in. Great thing as tackle crafters is that we can make what ever suits are needs a little JB WELD and your ready to go the molds I’ve changed the barb on the mold fit the standard wire keeper perfectly.

That might be a good thing for a big bait like he was showing but for most walleye and panfish anglers the Do-It keeper wire gets my nod.
