It is possible.  We've really tried to avoid pure custom work (purely to avoid a conflict of interest), but I don't have an issue at all with working on baits together like we did on the Carrot, or modifying existing molds.  I actually have some new "tooling" that should be in next week that will make semi-custom work like this easier.  Let me know how many cavities you want (it doesn't have to be only 2) and I will work up a quote for you (you're really only limited by your injector, and maybe your wife  :o ).

I was mostly looking to save plastic on laminate pours. That is if I can get one to come out successful, has anyone had much luck on the 3" MD? I have no had much luck and so far only waste plastic and time.

I have the MD 3 XL (very similar) and have made many laminate colors so far. This one was done for the last contest.

Here is a link to the others here on the site. If I can help in any way, fire away.

How are you trying to inject them?  I use Kevin's two color injector / blending block and it works well.  I got the large injectors, I would get the smaller if I was going to purchase them again.  Overall, they work really well.  I have to give Jim credit for recommending them, and Kevin for making them.

Jim I dont think I will ever get baits to look as good as yours do, your in a league of your own.

What dual injector setup are you using? I had a bears and using a basstackle, which I like a lot better. I watched Franks videos of him doing laminates with basstackles setup.

I have the 3oz for doing the double, I guess I just need to keep practicing some.

Oh yes you will... I have the BT double set-up, 3oz injectors. It just took a little time to get used to it and then I was making top notch stuff.
