Is this the color you’re wanting?

I’d try 1/2 cup clear plastic with a little black on a toothpick mixed in a little at a time for the right shade of smoke on the back. Then add the glitter maybe .015 or .035 size. Firecracker glitter might be what you need.
For the belly, the thing looks yellow chartreuse at first glance. But the more I look at it a hint of green kinda jumps out. I’d start with yellow chartreuse and a drop of white. If you need to turn the corner a bit try adding a small amount of green chartreuse or lime green with a toothpick and see where that goes.

LTownsend, Welcome to the Do-It forums. Lots of help here.

As Fisherman suggests, the smoke is easily gotten with small additions of black.

The chartreuse does have just a smidge of green in it and your standard chartreuse colorant should get you real close. I'd skip the white myself and use the toothpick in green chartreuse or you could use the toothpick in some blue, very little of the blue. If you really want to play games with the chartreuse you can add some blue hi lite and it'll do things colorant won't make it do.
