The X2 cinnamon color sold here is pretty close if you boot up the drop count a little. I'd try maybe 15 to 20 drops in a 4 ounce batch to opaque it some, but salt and other weighting mediums can opaque the plastic too so maybe you don't have to use quite that much if you're adding something to get weight.

It really depends on which cinnamon you're after.  The cinnamon in cinnamon black flake and the cinnamon in cinnamon purple flake are two very different colors.
