What size split rings and duo-lock snaps are people using for chatterbaits. I just ordered 20lb rings and snaps and they seem very light?

1) what style jig head are you using
2) most of the guys spread the eye of the hook with a punch and put the blade on than close it.
3) #2 crosslock.
