Fish Tacos

July is Fish Taco season here in Iowa.  Crappie Fee-lays and all the fresh fixens are the deal. 

Fish Tacos

Crappie
Flour Tortillas
1 Mango
2 Roma Tomatoes
Fresh Lime
Cilantro
Red Onion
Homemade Guacamole
Batch #1022 Garlic Smashed Ranch Buffalo
Salt and pepper

Mighty tasty meal there Kyle  8)
Can’t beat a home made meal like that on a hot day.  And don’t want to think of how hot it is casting molds in this heat. A metal shop by me has gone to working nights.

Man....put a picture like that up here and you're still skinny as a rail. I think I gained four pounds just looking at it. Where'd you find a place to buy crappies this time of year?  ;D

  I love fish tacos. We even make them on our guy trip up in Canada. We have to smuggle cilantro into the country though.
