Painting soft plastics

What type of paint do you use for painting (air brushing) soft plastic baits, and do you have to dip the baits again.

These were done using Createx's regular air brush paints. Yes, you'll have to cover dip the baits in clear plastic as these have been.

I use lure works water based. I started out clear dipping them and then realized I can fish one all day and it doesn’t wash off.
