....the pickled variety that is.
This has been in the fridge for about 6 weeks now. And it is tasty. When I was much younger I enjoyed a pickled sausage with a cold beer at one of my pet beer parlors, but they quit having them on hand. I was told the vendor went out of business. Darned near broke my heart. This last deer season I made polish sausage and did this quart jar of them to see how they would turn out and I am not dis-satisfied at all.
