Fishing jackets?
« on: 03/26/20 09:37 UTC »
Finally some open water here in NW Montana but a bit cold yet, may have to do it bit of ice breaking yet.
So how about some input on a cold weather "fishing" jacket?
See all sorts of different makes and models problem here is no one has anything so have to buy online sight unseen which is a pain in the you know what.
Have my Ice fishing suit but a bit cumbersome for boat fishing.

May not be what your looking for but the Mustang Survival Jacket is a two in one. Flotation and warmth. I have one I use and like it. As I age, safety is always a good thing.

I have a Mustang jacket also and after you get them "broke in" they are great! Warm and safe! (not cheap though!). The bright orange is good if you need to be seen, by a crazy boater or in an emergency.

Under Armour cold gear timber pattern. The warmest clothing I’ve found.
If it’s a life jacket I’d go with the mustang.
May your days be filled with sun shine and you always have a tight line. AMEN
