A couple thoughts here. Be sure you have sufficient plastic in the injector before injecting the mold. If you're filling the injector by pouring plastic in the barrel, then attaching the nozzle, give the injector rod a nudge in the filling position after attaching the nozzle until the plastic is at the open end of the nozzle. This eliminates air that will migrate to the top of the injector barrel when injecting and can short fill the cavities.
Secondly on that mold, try using plastic slightly cooler than the 350. When starting with new plastic of course you need the 350 degrees for full conversion of the plastic but let the cup sit until its about 330 degrees or even down to 310 degrees before injecting. This can help in eliminating dented baits once the mold warms up.
