Pothole lakes

Question for my Minnesota brethren here. I’m up your way delivering a load in Fergus Falls and I see all these little pothole lakes and I’m wondering do they hold fish? Looks like they should. But I figure with the weather you folks get up here in the winter maybe not. This looks like it’s going to be a regular run for me so I’m looking for some place to fish.

Some of the state's best fishing can be found in those little gems. Mostly panfish and bass perhaps. Some may be deep enough for pike and walleye. Gotta love what glaciers and Mother Nature cooked up to create these.

Probably 94. That’s how I came in.
