Most of the money he & i have won for the last several years have either  been   on  plastics that we come up with our own, but different versions of popular colors or else using jigs with my trailers on them. I've won several with baby brush hogs,  super hogs & tubes that i make & any time i throw a jig my trailers are on them. I made over 100 different jig trailers  in 4  different styles  today  in one popular color.   That will last us a while.

 We couldn't keep em hooked up lastnight. My buddy & his son did have a limit, but were one place out of the money. This tournament only pays 3 places & big fish so it's easy to miss the cut. Easy to do when the top 3 are all within less then a pound of each other. Had over 40 boats & several  of them  are sticks.

We've done it several times so far this year. If you beat the guys i'm talking about you've done something for sure. Use to do it a lot, but these guys are simply just better than the old competition. Of course i may be sucking a lot worse nowadays too.
