Did ya ever

I received my lure blanks from Cedar Run Outdoors today so I thought I would give my brush a deep clean before I painted any of them.  So have you ever dropped that microscopic nozzle on the floor?  I did.  Twice!  Found it too.  Twice!  My first thought was man I am glad I ordered an extra needle kit but danged if I didn't find it.  So the fun begins.  I tore the rings off an old lip less bait I had laying around and painted it for practice.  Didn't  come out too bad but I clearly need more practice but with 30 blanks to play wit I am sure to get better.  I may need a magnet if this continues to be an issue.  :D
I find it incredible that I have to explain to a grown American citizen that taking a knee during the National Anthem is disrespectful.

May your days be filled with sun shine and you always have a tight line. AMEN

I did a deep cleaning on my airbrush recently using a sonic cleaner and isopropyl alcohol. The gunk that it removed was unreal. You’re right about that little rascal of a nozzle. That guy will disappear in a hurry. Me taking that thing off or putting it back on looks like someone handling enriched uranium. Can’t wait to see those blanks dressed up.

Glad you found your part olsarge. Can't wait to see the results of your paint job. I am really thinking of buying an airbrush. Not only for lures, but I am thinking of re-painting a 6 1/2# bass mounted in 1974. The paint job was not very good to begin with, but 40 years and several moves have greatly increased the need for a new paint job. Please post some pictures if you can.
