Do it 9.5 oz injectors

Hey All,

Has anyone honed out the bore of their large do-it injectors? Or have done something to help smoothen out the ID? I have 4 of them and they all seem to have a bunch of "ridges"/machining lines on the ID.
I've been getting air voids in my baits and I think I have narrowed it down to the injectors.
The o-rings also wear out pretty quickly compared to my 4 and 6oz injectors. The machining lines wear a flat spot on the OD of the oring.

I have 2 DO-IT LARGE INJECTOR.  The only thing I have is it takes a fair amount of time to get it totally warm. If it’s not hot it will leave 2 Oz. In the barrel but once heated it work awesome.
