I wonder if that's 2" extended out or in the mold? Saw last night on there Facebook page but curious on it all.  Really thinking about picking it up.

It's 2" as they lay in the mold.

I just pulled the 3” OG grub out of my mailbox. It’s bigger than I anticipated. I should have ordered the 2.5”. For reference, this is a 3” YUM walleye tail set into the cavity.

I’m going to call Monday and see if I can exchange it. It’s a great bait at the 3”, but I have so many other molds in that size range, I really wanted something smaller to have different options on the water.

I’m actually wondering if I should skip the 2.5” and go all the way down to the 2”.

Can anyone show a standard 3” twister tail inside a 2” mold?

I thought I had some 3" Mr. Twisters hanging around yet, but I apparently let someone have them so I can't help out. Sorry.

The 2" mold measures 2" in the mold so it will be somewhat longer on a retrieve.

The 3” Yum sits at 2.5” flat. I think the OG 2.5 my huckleberry.

What are your thoughts on that 2” for crappie? I’m imagining that to be a little big after seeing the OG 3”.

I got the 2" specifically for crappie. Having the finished baits in my hand I can see that they will be a good bait when the better fish come out to play, 11" to 14". Smaller crappies, those under, say 10", may struggle with the 2" but then I remember lots of crappies in that lesser size range hitting a #13 floating Rapala.
