I do like how the Color turned out...it's quite Transparent, quite Fishy, and for Inland Saltwater, I already know they're gonna kill 'em. BUT, Your Green Pumpkin-based Color is Bangin'. I'm going to be playing with Green Pumpkin in a Baitfish imitation before long...Your "TN Shad" baits would'a took a few dollars out of my pocket had I saw them in a Tackle Shop (even with the Cold Lines). As PJM said, "that Back Color is wicked"...roger on'nat.
But overall, I think the "Dob's Salty Minner" is versatile. It's a natural color, nice and transparent like alot of Saltwater (even Freshwater) minnows, Watermelon-based so it's a Time-Tested Classic color, and the 5" Skinny Carrot goes
really well on a 5/0 SkipGap hook so I'll definitely be throwing it in Freshwater as a Twitch/Jerk. On a JigHead, the Speckled Trout and Flounder won't be able to stand the 3.5" Carrot. "Dob's Salty Minner" is in my Book and will stay...as "Dob's Salty Minner". Feel free to take it...it's got Your name on it...
