I Placed my first order with CCM last Thursday afternoon, even though a weekend was involved, I received a half dozen dyes, a
heat stabilizer, eyes, bags,a croaker mold and 2.5 gallons of CCM plastic the following Monday.  Jason may not be Superman
but his service was out of this world.  Thanks for a very enjoyable 1st order experience Jason

Thank you.  Paul is right...  Diane makes it all happen as far as all the products go and shipping.  JR does most if not all of the samples and test the molds.  Andrew and Taylor clean and put together the molds, along with everything else they can help with.  It is truly a team effort.  Nobody is allowed to get sick or we would implode!

I did get FREE samples with all that excellent service.  Nothing like having your cake and eating it too.  Won't have time to play until the weekend, working
12 hour nights this week.  Can't wait to try out the new mold, plastic and dye.

I have to agree, I have just placed my second mold order and Diane has been great with the order process and Jason has taken the time multiple times to call and answer newbie questions and talk fishing.

It is refreshing; and in these days unusual; to get first class service from a business.   But; I have noticed that there are some businesses that provide this type of service / customer relations.  They are almost all small, family run, "cottage type" businesses ( economics definition ).  The resurgence of the "American Dream" may be in the development of this type of business.  CCM is a shining example of what a first class business is in my book.  If we; as customers;  spend our money wisely, with businesses that provide this degree of overall satisfaction; maybe we will have an influence.
