The hot combo of late

This head and the 2”  Keitech Swing Impact look-alike sure put the hurt on crappies yesterday. I tried my old stand-bys the 2-1/4” Fry and the 1.5” Thump-it’s in the same colors, but nada. Had to be skinny and twisty.

I second the catching power of the 2” Keitech knock off on a 1/16 oz. Free Style head with a down sized #4 hook from the #2 called for. My crappies only wanted to chug purple monkey milk though.

I have that mold and love it. I make it in Mo's Milk. We take it into lakes we portage to in Canada. It's much easier to carry a hand full of jigs and a bag full of these than a bucket of minnows and the walleye don't seem to care.
