This, in my opinion, is the answer to a shore caster’s dream.

Sorry the picture flipped 90 degrees.
I cast for walleyes from shore quite often and have always had to fish a 90 degree jig, hook which doesn't really let the jig swim in a natural way. Twitch a 90 degree jig on a long line and the jig flips up. Sure, it will "swim" to a degree but not like this jig with a 30 degree forward eye hook can. I just came from the river behind our house and spent some time casting this combo and I can say it swims like what I've wanted for some time. I used two different rods: one with 6 pound mono and the other 6/20 braid and this jig fished fine on either.
You'll note that this jig in the picture shows a wire keeper [WB800]. It also is without the brush guard. I have no intention of putting hair or silicone on these heads so I filled the portion of the cavities for the weed guard and the multiple ring cast-on keeper. These jigs will be used entirely with plastic and that wire keeper is the best idea since sliced bread. The WB400 is just a hair short for this size of jig.
The Slick Shiner shown mounted on the 3/8 version of the jig balances well and I'm certain that the same bait will fish just fine on the 5/16 and 1/2 ounce versions too. The "pro blue" color in the shiner is my favorite river walleye color.
The bottom line here is simple. If you want a jig that lets you swim a bait naturally, this is the puppy to get. Who knows, maybe we can get Do-It to follow up with a mold for 1/4, 3/16 and 1/8 Swim Heads?
