Just on the off chance, are you laying this mold flat and clamping it to a bench top for injecting instead of injecting with the port on top when the mold is stand up on its side?

Tom, no i'm injecting it upright. I've shot multiple shots lately in laminates  & the only time i didn't get fully formed baits was when i didn't put it on the griddle.
