***New Pro Series Molds***
« on: 05/23/12 12:13 UTC »
As we continue to introduce new molds there has been a constant request to make them in larger cavity configurations.  As a result we are launching our "Pro Series" of molds.  They will produce the identical baits the regular molds do, just in larger cavity configurations.  Just like our current molds, every one will be tested to ensure it makes a great bait without issues.  If you would like to see your favorite bait in a larger mold, just let us know.

Jason,
The molds look great. How is the 4.75" Ribbon Tail Worm doing?

Hi Karl,

I apologize for having to ask, but did you want it in a larger cavity mold?

1 Injection=1 bag of baits.

It's pretty awesome.  We lined up several of them, and BAM!  We were done making baits.  I can't lie, it was nice.

Would like to see the thumper fry, and the small frys, and the 5" wutzit in the pro-series.  Also will you be able to do the wutzit molds with no hook slot like we talked about?

Thanks,

Scott

I think the 3.5" Swim shad would be a good one as well.  Especially with a laminate plate that injected only a half sprue on the first side.  That could allow a quick plate swap and shoot the other half without having to remove the sprue.  This also might reduce the number of baits "floated" with the second injection.

For me, I am far more concerned that this mold will laminate with the twinjector (or other laminate system) than the laminate plate. The plate would slow me back down instead of help speed up with the multiple cavities.

Just me though......

I hope it could be done to satisfy both without compromising the other.  The laminate plate would be an adjunct plate; without interfering with the two bait halves.  I know I definitely am no expert here; and I may be all wet.  But; it would be nice if both methods could be addressed with one mold and an adjunct laminate plate for those that prefer the plate method.

Thank you!
