Does anyone know how or where to get UV powder? To mix with the plastic so that we can make our own UV baits. I know they have some stuff for jig heads and all that but will it work in plastic? Has anyone tried it?

Look under the glow powder/pigments. You will have far better luck using the pigment rather than anything in liquid form. The liquids may not be compatible with hot plastic on top of it all or may create some serious toxic gasses when put in hot plastic.
SORRY. I MISREAD YOUR TITLE. I DO NOT USE THE UV STUFF.

I tried it and fish in the river didn't like it. Fished side by side with non uv lure it didn't produce. No directions on how much to put in either...
