Talon Custom Worm Blade

Talon Custom Worm Blade: This is a spinner blade on a swevil, put on a hitchhiker and screwed into a plastic bait. Saw them on Tacklewarehouse and wondering if anyone has tried this trick. Thinking it would work good on the belly of a Wutz-it.

Interesting idea, nice n' simple, might have to give it a try.  Knowing how hard plastics can get hammered, I'd probably run a line from the main hook to the swivel on this just so when the bait gets destroyed I'm not leaving spinnerblades etc in the water.  Not that they're expensive, but less trash in the water is a good thing.

Thats what Vinson used (Maybe it was K.Pouchette) used on the back of his stick baits in the classic.

Yes, I saw he had used it on his stick baits. Im thinking any plastic that doesn"t have a lot of action-- like a Wutz-it, this could help on some days when you want more movement. Put the spinner on and jerk, jerk.. every time you jerk the bait that spinner will spin like mad! Worth a try. Wonder how it would work between the hind legs on a surface frog bait?
